Purchase ballots online or at Perkin's Self Serve
Each ballot costs $20 *Ear plugs available with every ballot
Each Giveaway will be completed after 75 ballots have been purchased
The selected ballot holder may choose between a $1,500 gift certificate for Perkin's, or a $1,000 gift certificate for one of our participating sponsors
*By purchasing a ballot, you consent to being added to our promotional email list

Send e-transfer to perky@perkysgiveaways.ca ($20 per ballot. You may purchase multiple ballots in one transaction)
